Hunger Games: Session Template
[ You find yourself in your respective unit's zone, with a mini-map on your phone, as well as your objectives:

Kill as many competitors as you can.
Destroy zones by breaking their statues.
Not enough action = We start killing you :)
Underneath the objectives is the number of revivals you have left, as well as whatever miscellaneous details about scoring points—killing a unitmate results in negative points, five units will be healed at most, etc.
The starting horn sounds. Let the games begin. ]

MOUNTAIN'S EDGE
THE STORM THAT IS APPROACHING
Today's weather is: pyrocumulus with a 95% chance of death.
Full Mechanics:
Everyone in or adjacent to the Mountain's Edge must make the following Agility check:
1-6: The pyroclastic flows are so severe that they completely and utterly destroy the area around you. You can't find shelter in time, and are overtaken by the boiling ash and flame.
Take 5 damage. The event Get Ready To Ignite! activates for the next person to enter the area this result was rolled in.
7-9: You manage to find shelter in a small foxhole, though that's not very much of a shelter when it comes to searing flames and ash.
Take 3 damage.
10+: Understanding you can't outrun this or even protect yourself from it, you manage to find an entrance to an underground area in the nick of time.
1 damage. Move randomly to either the Underground Sewer or Abandoned Mine.
death chamber (death chamber) [death chamber]
Not the Death Chamber again! The only way out of there is death!
Full Mechanics:
While exploring the mountains, you fall into a pit. Could it be...the Death Chamber?! The doors are quickly closing - you've got to get out while you can!
Everyone entering or attempting to exit Mountain's Edge or Abandoned Mines must make the following Agility roll:
1-7: You do not escape the Death Chamber before the doors close shut. Now, there's only one way out.
If you are alone in the Death Chamber, you can only escape with a successful Power or Agility roll of 8+. For every roll you fail, lose 1 HP.
If at any point you are in the Death Chamber with a non-unit member, then instead of rolling you must kill them to escape. Only one idol may leave the Death Chamber per death in the chamber. Every comment made in the Death Chamber while a valid target is present but not engaged in combat results in the loss of 1 HP due to the Death Chamber's natural deadliness.
8+: You escape the Death Chamber, but the doors painfully crush a limb as you escape. It hurts tremendously, but mostly you can't stop thinking about the Death Chamber, and also strange imaginary conversations with your friends regarding escaping from it.
Take 5 damage. The Death Chamber still softly calls, like a nearly forgotten song of childhood.
IN ADDITION:
You may choose to not attempt to escape the Death Chamber, which will avoid risking damage but will result in being trapped in the Death Chamber (the only way out of there is death).
human whistle, HUMAN SCREAM
Let's all scream together! Screaming is lots of fun! A scream for you, a scream for me, let's all scream and die!
Full Mechanics:
Drifting from the peaks of the mountains you hear beautiful, melodic whistling. But then...THE SCREAM…
Everyone in, entering or exiting the Mountain's Edge, Abandoned Mine, or Forest's Edge must make the following Endurance check.
1-5: Aaah Aaah Aaah Aaah Aaaaaaaaaaah Aaa Aaah
You take 5 damage, and are afflicted by Human Scream (Mental). You have a mouth and you must scream every time you fail any Endurance roll for any reason.. If you scream, everyone in the same area must roll for this event. Despite being (Mental), Human Scream is incurable.
6-8: The screaming is actually pretty melodic too, you think? Loud, though.
Take 2 damage. You suffer from Disoriented (Physical) and lose 2 Adaptability.
9+: You cover your ears, and the human screaming haunts you no longer. However, you're now Disoriented (Physical) and lose 1 Adaptability.
